Repr\u00e9sentation de ses membres aupr\u00e8s des pouvoirs publics, des organismes \u00e9trangers analogues et des instances nationales ou internationales. Mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019actions ou de r\u00e9alisations d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.
